Autumn/Winter Bookings

Appointments will be held October-January in Chicago

I am prioritizing flash designs, but am also open to custom requests for the following subject matters:

  • Flower/plant compositions consisting of 1 subject matter (i.e. a carnation stem, a hoya clipping, etc.)

  • Food compositions consisting of 1 subject matter (i.e. a croissant, a pear, bok choy, etc.)

  • Inanimate objects tattooed at a small scale (best results with objects that have high-contrast or interesting textures, like metals or wood grains)

  • Wild animals (no pet portraits, sorry! But I do want to hear stories about your pets at your appointment)

Don’t rush. I do not book first-come, first-served, so there is no reason to rush through your form. Applications will remain open until Wednesday 10/1 at 11:00 a.m. Chicago time.

Be specific and accurate. Take care to enter correct information – especially your email address!

Multiple ideas? Put them all in one form, please! Please limit your requests to your 3 most desired ideas.

Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee you an appointment. I receive many more requests than I have availability for and cannot respond to every inquiry received. Not getting an appointment in no way means I am not interested in working with you! It may take several rounds for your proposal to be accepted. Thank you for your patience!

Each booking round, I try to ensure I get a mix of new clients and return clients.
I ask this so I can be prepared in the event of last minute cancellation due to travel issues. As of late, many flights are being delayed or cancelled. Please note that I cannot refund deposits due to travel issues.
For flash designs, please list in order of preference. For custom work, provide a concise description of your idea.
Placement can be chosen day-of, but a general idea of both size and placement is helpful for me to prepare.
List any additional information you think I should know.
